Customer Service Coach

Location: Sale, Manchester, UK
Salary: £22,000

As a Customer services team coach, you will be responsible for leading, motivating and coaching a team of Customer Service Advisors in our contact centre. You’ll support your team to ensure they have the right tools and skills required to deliver a consistently exceptional service to our customers.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring all members of your team are achieving their KPI’s including quality and compliance targets by promoting best working practices and identifying opportunities to train and develop your team.

Experience Required

You’ll be a great team player with a confident communication style and a passion for motivating others

You will also need the following;

  • Previous experience in a Tech role, preferred but not essential.
  • Previous experience supporting / coaching a team.
  • Experience of working in a contact centre environment.
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal.
  • Excel & Word literate.
  • A proven stable employment record.
