We love to showcase our customers and how they’re finding their customer journey so far. This month the spotlight is on the hospitality sector of kinex, a Verastar company and we’re talking to the owners of Riverside Caravan Park.
Nestled between the Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons, close to the Monmouthshire Brecon canal is where you’ll find Riverside Caravan Park. Guests choose the park as a relaxing base from which to explore the surrounding area and the town’s grand 17th century bridge.
Speaking of choice, park owner Alex Wooton, recently made the choice to switch to kinex for most of his businesses utilities including telecoms, electricity, broadband, gas and mobile.
Alex said: “Originally, I was going to keep with the same suppliers for all utilities from the previous owner of the business. The previous owner was with kinex for the telephone line, luckily I rang kinex first about taking over the telephone line and they said they could offer me cheaper gas and electric. I had to think about it for a minute but then quickly agreed. I can’t express enough how having all my utilities in one place is so much easier and cheaper with kinex.”

He added: “At the moment I think the main thing I have saved by moving my utilities to kinex is time and resource. I am not sure about how much money I have saved as it is only our first five months in business, so energy usage has not been a great deal so far. kinex are also contacting my old suppliers as the readings they gave were incorrect, saving me money yet again!”
