Here at Verastar, ‘Innovation’ is one of our core values which means we are always looking for areas where we can improve and innovate as we continue to grow as a business whilst transforming the telecoms and utilities industry for SMEs.
To support this, we’ve recently launched a new initiative called Your Voice which will give all colleagues the chance to give their input on various areas of the business.
By gathering feedback from our 900+ colleagues, our goal is to make continuous improvements to every aspect of the business, ensuring Verastar is not only a great place to work but a great place to be a customer too. Your Voice will be an ongoing initiative including company-wide surveys, focus groups and recommendations resulting in action planning for change.
We are proud of our nationwide reach, with Verastar HQ in South Manchester, 13 regional offices and a large number of field-based colleagues helping us deliver our unique service offering of telecoms, broadband, mobile, gas, electric, water and insurance through the Insurance Octopus.
With colleagues far and wide, this new form of communication is really important to the business as we strive to improve how we operate, develop and support our staff.
