Facilities Associate

What you’ll be doing

  • Maintaining high standards of presentation within our working environment & ensuring our workspaces are vibrant, welcoming, and practical.
  • Completing regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards
  • Preparing meeting rooms and conference spaces for colleagues to host team events
  • Liaising internally with other support functions where necessary
  • Contributing ideas and support to our engagement team to create and drive a successful social calendar
  • Coordinate with Building Management to ensure building health
  • Providing a first line response for fault reporting, identification and resolution
  • Ensuring compliance with equipment maintenance and renewal schedules
  • Monitoring and inspecting outstanding works, obtaining quotes and arranging call outs
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation
  • Assisting with fire evacuations and the communication of emergency procedures
  • Supporting with the provision of company equipment, furniture, stationary and groceries throughout the workplace
  • To assist and work independently on short to medium term activities/projects

We’re looking for people that have

  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a facilities/hospitality environment
  • Possess a good degree of knowledge of facilities services
  • Good knowledge of UK health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent customer service, communication & organisation skills.
  • Ability to successfully multitask & prioritise workload
  • Able to work as part of a team, and independently, using initiative to problem solve
  • Capable of managing processes and promoting process improvement.
  • Good working knowledge of Word & Excel
