What you’ll do as a Customer Retentions Advisor

  • You’ll make outbound calls to our existing customers, identifying why they are looking to leave us and then create a package that saves them time and money through our unique One Bill solution
  • You’ll take a consultative retention approach, building trust with our customers through straightforward, open, and honest conversations, getting a real understanding of their needs and how these change over time
  • You’ll achieve all of this as part of a wider team that celebrates success together and supports each other to be the best we can be

What makes a great Customer Retentions Advisor?

  • Working in an outbound contact centre role is what you love because you’ve been doing it for a while, and you know you can do it well.
  • You’ll be an amazing communicator, able to adapt your approach for different people and have a chat with anyone.
  • Because you care about customers, you’ll pay attention to the details and take real pride in doing a great job.
  • Working to targets and achieving objectives is one of your passions, you’re driven and motivated and even if you fail you pick yourself back up and turn it into a success.
  • You want to learn everything you can to keep building your career, you’ll always be looking for opportunities to increase your knowledge and try something new.

In return for your hard work, you’ll get

  • Starting salary of £19,000 rising to £23,000 as you gain more experience

We’re only a stone’s throw away from the M60 and just a short 5-minute walk from the Airport Metro Link line and Sale Town Centre. We also have plenty of free on-site car parking as well as a bike locker if you choose to cycle in.
