What you’ll do as a Trainee Sales Advisor

  • You’ll make outbound calls to potential new customers, identifying opportunities to create a package that saves them time and money through our unique One Bill solution
  • We’ll teach you how to build your sales pipeline through straightforward, open and honest conversations with our customers, getting a real understanding of their needs and how these change over time
  • You’ll achieve all of this as part of a wider team that celebrates success together and supports each other to be the best we can be
  • We care about finding the best solutions for all our customers and you’ll be part of making that happen

  • Hybrid working – option to work two days from home if you choose
  • Full time/Permanent contract of 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 8.30-5.15, with an early finish on Friday and no weekends
  • No weekends and every bank holiday off

We’re based on south bank of the river Clyde, 3 miles from Glasgow City Centre our Rutherglen office is a few minutes on foot from both Rutherglen train station and Rutherglen town centre. We also have access to a bike locker if you choose to cycle in.
