Senior Account Manager

Location: Manchester City Centre, UK
Salary: £25,000 + Uncapped Commission + 15% of the teams earnings
Closes on: 23-12-2021

Hours: Monday to Friday – No Evenings, Weekends or Bank Holidays

As a Senior Account Manager in our Sales team you will be responsible for driving your own sales performance to exceed sales targets and provide coaching and support to Sales Advisors where required. You will also assist the Sales Manager delivering morning briefs and support the delivery of the team’s targets after your own sales targets have been achieved.

You will have a history of exceeding targets in a B2B sales environment. You’ll be resilient in nature, self-motivated and ambitious with the ability to work under pressure.

You’ll be a great team player with a confident and effective communication style and be passionate about motivating and supporting others. Previous experience in a team leader role is desirable but not essential.
