Onboarding and In-life Expert - Sales Support

The key to any businesses success is growing your customer base, and we’re no different. Our Sales Advisors, promote our products and increase our customer base on a daily basis. To keep the momentum and ensure their time is focussed on the thing they are great at – Selling! We’re looking for a sales support advisor to join our team. You’ll ensure that any queries from customers relating to pricing, processes, or issues that need resolved are done whilst offering the highest level of customer service. This role will ensure our customers issues and questions are resolved and responded to swiftly and our they keep doing business with us.

What you’ll do

  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of sales process across all Verastar sales channels
  • Provide support to sales colleagues to ensure compliance to correct sales processes
  • Audit customer contracts to ensure they adhere to R.O.C.O (receipt of clean order process)
  • Support new channel partner organisations through the sales on-boarding process
  • Act as a sales support and administration point of contact for existing channel partners
  • Act as an inter-departmental liaison point for the P.B.T.S (pass back to sales) process
  • Ensure all sales activity complies with regulatory standards, GDPR and quality policies
  • Utilise performance data to identify challenges, trends and improvement opportunities
  • Create excellent working relationships across the Verastar colleague community.
  • Some customer contact may be needed at times to ensure sales deals are processed as effectively as possible

This will be a busy, fast paced role where your previous experience in sales support or customer service role will set you up in good stead.
