£17,885 rising to £20,050 as you develop in your role + monthly commission & quarterly bonus

Full time, 37.5 hours across Mon – Fri. No weekends or bank holidays

Our newly refurbished HQ is based in the heart of Sale Moor Village next to Sale Water Park. We’re only a stone’s throw away from the M60 and just a short 5-minute walk from the Airport Metro Link line and Sale Town Centre. We have amazing on-site facilities, such as on-site gym, free parking and discounted café complete with a bar for after-work drinks.
After 12 weeks we offer flexible working options to fit your career around your life, such as two days working from home.

“It’s our job to speak to our existing customers. It could be any of our brands and all kinds of queries come up. One minute you’re helping someone update their business details, the next you could be taking payment. You have to be ready to deal with whatever comes your way.”
“To be good at this job, you need to be great at listening as well as talking clearly. Sometimes you have to explain quite complex stuff to a customer. If you’ve worked within this industry before it’s useful, but you get great training so it’s not essential. We often use Microsoft Office and computer databases too. Above all, you have to enjoy helping people and making sure you leave them with a smile on their face.”
