Our on-boarding team play a key role in ensuring our customers have an excellent experience from signing up to our services through to their first bill. Most of us have experienced service levels and attentiveness dipping once we sign on the dotted line, this team makes sure we’re not like every other company. We’re looking to appoint a new coach to support and develop our on-boarding advisors to ensure the highest level of first call resolutions, by providing real time feedback, continuous development and coaching.
