With a starting salary between £19,000 to £23,000 and an uncapped commission scheme that kicks in from your very first customer you’ll be hitting £30,000 to £35,000 OTE in no time.

What you’ll do as a Sales and Retention Advisor

We care about finding the best solutions for all of our customers and you’ll be part of making that happen.

  • You’ll make outbound calls to our existing customers, identifying why they are looking to leave us and then create a package that saves them time and money through our unique One Bill solution.
  • You’ll take a consultative retention approach, building trust with our customers through straightforward, open and honest conversations, getting a real understanding of their needs and how these change over time.
  • You’ll achieve all of this as part of a wider team that celebrates success together and supports each other to be the best we can be.

What makes a great Sales and Retention Advisor?

  • Working in an outbound contact centre role is what you love because you’ve been doing it for a while, and you know you can do it well.
  • You’ll be an amazing communicator, able to adapt your approach for different people and have a chat with anyone.
  • Because you care about customers you’ll pay attention to the details and take real pride in doing a great job.
