£17,885 to £20,050 negotiable depending on experience + quarterly bonus

HOURS
Full time, 37.5 hours across Mon – Fri flexible working shifts to promote a better work-life balance

LOCATION
Our newly refurbished HQ is based in the heart of Sale Moor Village next to Sale Water Park. We’re only a stone’s throw away from the M60 and just a short 5-minute walk from the Airport Metro Link line and Sale Town Centre. We have amazing on-site facilities, such as on-site gym, free parking and discounted café complete with a bar for after-work drinks.
After 16 weeks we offer flexible working options to fit your career around your life, such as two days working from home.

OUR ROLE
We’re looking for a customer centric, organised, and proactive advisor to join our provisioning team to ensure our customers’ on-boarding experience is seamless. You’ll support our fixed line, broadband and mobile customers throughout their journey from when their orders are placed right through to when their services are live.

Not every order is straight forward - You’ll find yourself troubleshooting, working with third party suppliers and internal teams to ensure our customers get the best support possible.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE

  • You’ll be self-motivated, keen to learn and be passionate about providing our customers with an excellent service
  • You’ll be a great communicator, who is naturally inquisitive and take pride in seeing a job through till resolution
  • You’ll be comfortable using Microsoft office and Web forms
  • You’ll have experience in a customer contact role, within the Telecoms, Broadband, or Mobile sector however, this is not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate

If you have a professional, friendly and helpful demeanour, with the desire to create great working relationships with colleagues and customers – this is the role for you.
