Sales Manager

Location: Manchester City Centre, UK
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £42,000)

Due to our continued growth, we are currently looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to join an already successful team of 10 Sales colleagues and 1 Senior Account Manager.

With your natural ability to motivate and engage, you will drive your team to success by conducting effective performance reviews and creating fun and engaging team incentives. You will promote a supportive atmosphere, effectively coaching and mentoring your team coach, enabling their teams to meet and surpass set targets and objectives.

You’ll be responsible for the day to day management of the team and ensure all team activity complies with all regulatory standards, GDPR and quality policies as well as ensuring all reports, system and CRM updates are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Experience Required

With a new strategy and ambitious growth plans, we’re looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to join us on our journey. You’ll lead and support a team of 11 to success, through creating an inclusive, supportive, fun environment as well as providing the training and development required to thrive in their roles.

You'll nurture, motivate and engage your team and support their continued growth by conducting effective performance reviews, as well as creating incentives to promote collaboration and a great customer experience. You’ll be responsible for the day to day management of the team ensuring all compliance standards are met and CRM updates are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

To succeed in this role you’ll have excellent communication skills, a track record of leading a successful telesales team in any industry as well as a passion for driving change.
