Your Role
We’re looking for an Administrator to support the existing business team with a wide variety of tasks such as processing renewal invitations and the provision of onboarding packs to customers, in line with FCA regulations. You’ll be an integral part of the team maintain the data integrity of the CRM system and ensuring customer correspondence is uploaded to the database in accordance with GDPR and quality policies.

Our culture thrives on teamwork and although you’ll predominantly be working with the existing business team, you will on occasion support the customer service teams, creating excellent working relationships across the Verastar colleague community in the process.

Experience Required
To be successful in the role you will have the resilience, focus and organisational skills required to flourish in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You’ll need excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt your communication style and the desire to build good relationships with customers and colleagues.

Ideally you will have previous experience in a B2B sales administration role with a basic understanding of the B2B sales processes however, this is not essential.
