Sales Manager

Location: Rutherglen, UK
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Uncapped Commission

Due to our continued growth, we are currently looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to join an already successful team of circa 11 telesales advisors and 1 team leader.

With your natural ability to motivate and engage, you will drive your team to success by conducting effective performance reviews and creating fun and engaging team incentives. You will promote a supportive atmosphere, effectively coaching and mentoring your team coach, enabling their teams to meet and surpass set targets and objectives.

You’ll be responsible for the day to day management of the team and ensure all team activity complies with all regulatory standards, GDPR and quality policies as well as ensuring all reports, system and CRM updates are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Experience Required
You will have a successful track record of leading a high-volume desk based B2B Sales team in the Information Technology, Utilities (or similar) industry and possess a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory requirements impacting B2B sales.

As a natural leader you be highly motivated, resilient and have excellent communication skills (written and verbal). You’ll also have proven experience driving change and identifying opportunities to improve processes to increase a sales pipeline.

Previous experience in the water industry is highly desirable, but not essential.
