With a starting salary of £19,000 and an uncapped commission scheme that kicks in from your very first sale you’ll quickly be hitting £22,000 to £25,000 OTE and that’s before the pay rises! That’s right, as you build your sales knowledge and experience your salary will go up to £21,000 and then £23,000, just as a little thank you for all your hard work.

What you’ll do as a Sales Advisor

We care about finding the best solutions for all of our customers and you’ll be part of making that happen.

  • You’ll make outbound calls to our existing customers, identifying opportunities to create a package that saves them time and money through our unique One Bill solution.

  • We’ll teach you how to build your sales pipeline through straightforward, open and honest conversations with our customers, getting a real understanding of their needs and how these change over time.

  • You’ll achieve all of this as part of a wider team that celebrates success together and supports each other to be the best we can be.
