Retentions Manager

Location: Sale, Manchester
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000

As a Retentions Manager you will be responsible for the motivating and leading a team of retentions advisors to deliver an excellent service to our customers. Working closely with the team’s coach, you will promote best working practice and set achievable KPI’s for individuals to work towards. You’ll provide ongoing training and support to your team through performance plans, regular feedback sessions and promote a supportive working environment.

You’ll also be responsible for monitoring individual performance and review existing processes to identify opportunities to improve our service, ensuring your team is able to achieve its commercial objectives set by the business.

Experience Required
2 years’ experience managing a retentions team in a fast-paced contact centre environment is essential. You’ll poses excellent written and verbal communications skills and be comfortable analysing data to identify trends and recommend improvements to existing processes.

Previous experience working within the utilities or telecoms sector is desirable however, candidate with strong people management skills from outside of theses sectors will be considered.
