Your Role

As the Sales Team Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the performance of one of our outbound sales teams. You will be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve the sales conversions and guide the sales teams to generate new business and overcome typical sales barriers presented when conducting outbound sales calls.

You’ll be expected to set achievable targets for your team and support them to achieve their targets through regular performance reviews, delivering constructive feedback on call reviews and providing regular coaching sessions. You will also need to work closely with the compliance team to ensure that all FCA regulations and compliance requirements are met.

Experience Required

You have at least 3 years proven experience managing and motivating an outbound sales team preferably within the Insurance sector however, this is not essential.

You’ll be an ambitious and resilient manager, passionate about driving success and exceeding targets and KPI’s. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential.
