CONTRACT PROCESSING ADMINISTRATOR

THE ROLE

The key duties of this role will involve processing telecommunication and utility contract paperwork and placing orders for the new services to transfer over to one of our brands.Initially the role will involve basic data input and data checking however with further development you will be trained on how to provision new orders using the internet gateways to our wholesale suppliers’ systems. You will also be responsible for checking all verbal agreements to ensure they meet the requirements of the company’s quality control guidelines.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

To be considered for this role you will possess the following;

• Exceptional level of accuracy and keen eye for detail
• Able to complete a high volume of tasks in timely and efficient manner
• Experience in administration and/or data input
• Good working knowledge of Windows packages (full training on in-house systems will be provided)

SALARY

£14,750 – £16,750 per annum
