CONTRACT ENQUIRIES ADVISOR

THE ROLE

You will be one of the first people our new customers will speak to so it’s important you make that first impression count. The customers you will talk to will be going changing providers and joining one of our brands, your job is to make sure that experience is a positive as possible. You will give them advice and reassurance on a huge range of issues and you’ll get to know the benefits and packages we offer so you can explain these clearly to our customers, and stop them from getting cold feet if they have any issues with their current providers.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are looking for a strong minded personality, with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.  If you’ve worked in call centres before this you will hit the ground running. The job is also perfect for people seeking the stability of a customer service role but love the fast paced nature of the sales environment. Promoting our innovative products and brilliant service is a challenging job that will stretch your skills, if you feel you are up for a challenge then we would love to hear from you.

SALARY

£15,500 – £17,500
