CHANNEL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

THE ROLE

Due to an internal promotion, we have an opening in our Sales Support Team, providing fundamental support to all our new and existing channel partners across an expanding range of services. You would be working directly with our Senior Channel Managers and Sales Support Manager to increase the volume of business through our channels. These channels are across a spectrum of businesses and you will need to be adept at working with different business models by focusing on improving relationships, developing sales systems, providing technical advice and delivering effective reporting.

 

We are currently at a turning point with our Channel Brand, with massive growth due in 2016. Therefore, for the right candidate this could be an excellent opportunity with professional development and real career progression to management within the company.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

To be considered for this role you will possess the following;

  • Ideally be educated to degree level
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • An ability to quickly establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels, equally face to face and over the phone both internally and externally.
  • An excellent standard of verbal and written communication skills
  • Portray a confident and professional manner
  • A hard working and pro active attitude
  • Track record in improved proficiencies
  • Confidence in high level reporting
  • Excellent organisation skills with experience in prioritising competing demands appropriately
  • Exceptional level of accuracy and keen eye for detail
  • Advance Skills using Office packages, especially Excel

SALARY

£17,000 – £19,000
