High Level Responsibilities





Sales Support/Partner Support





Providing a support and administration function through for over 450 agents across 13 sites and to a database of 1500 channel partners



Management of lead flows for Verbal and Paper Sales Teams



Key stakeholder in the design, development, testing and implementation of in house built bespoke software such as CRM, Lead Manager, Submission Portals, Communication Manager, Electronic Registers and Performance management



Responsible for the design and accuracy all sales reporting requirements



Increase cross-sell opportunities – through marketing and lead generation



Manager sales channels for all products including Electric, Gas, Water, Telecoms, Broadband and Mobiles.





Quality Assurance





Providing detailed reports to our verbal sales departments on agent performance in accordance with a standardised structure



Drive increased live rates through ensure positive customer interactions and identify key training requirements



Ensure that a calibration function maintains consistency across QA



Continue a close partnership with T&D and Compliance to support the development of sales agents and QA



Create and implement processes that will ensure accuracy customer data collection



Report directly to the Sales Director on whole overall QA performance across verbal sales





Commissions/Reporting





Delivery of product and sales audits to the wider business



Management of all Commission structure at all sales levels utilising a combination of commissions systems and manual data sets.



Ensure that all commission reporting and performance reporting is completed with a high degree of accuracy and efficacy.



Key stakeholder in the design, development, testing and implementation of commission and reporting systems.





General



 



Expert knowledge in all company products including Electric, Gas, Water, Telecoms, Broadband and Mobiles



Be current with industry and regularity body governance



Develop teams through regular one2ones, quarterly performance objectives and transparent KPIs.
