Call Centre Project Advisor

Location:               Based at our Head Office, South Manchester, M22 4



Salary:                    18K per annum (pro-rated for term time & part-time hours) plus up to a 10% annual performance bonus.

Main Purpose of the Role:



We are looking to recruit team members with either call centre experience or similar to deliver a range of projects within our growing call centre environment. This role will involve working within a team to manage end to end project activity aligned at driving performance improvements within our call centre. This is a varied role within a fast paced and changing environment.





Skills and Experience Required - The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:



Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others



Adaptability, resilience and willing to deliver change



The ability to problem-solve and find solutions



Approachable, respectful and gains commitment from staff



Excellent organisation skills and ensuring work is completed on time



Work is clear and concise



Experience of working as an Advisor in a call centre environment or similar role would be an advantage



Experience of work in a Communications or Utilities background would also be advantageous.
